About Us
Two Experts. One Shared Passion.
Harmony Early Childhood Consulting was founded by Sherrie Young and Liz Tsiakmakis — two professionals who saw a genuine need for high-quality, consistent support for committee-managed early childhood services.
Sherrie brings deep expertise in financial management and governance, with experience supporting kindergartens since 2008 as a qualified Bookkeeper and registered BAS agent. Liz is a highly experienced Director, Educational Leader, and qualified Early Childhood Teacher with over 14 years leading services across Victoria, and a current VIT registration.
Together, they currently support eight sessional kindergartens and one long day care centre — providing the stability, expertise, and care that every service deserves.
